Orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided. Please note that some orders use 3rd party fulfillment partners and tracking information availability may be delayed.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight & size of your products, and your location. We make every effort to provide this information before the final checkout page, however with some orders shipping cost will be provided at the time of invoice. Each item has shipping details available on the item page. When ordering in larger wholesale quantities, additional time may be necessary to process and ship your order. If you have any concerns, please include a note in the shipping notes at checkout and a customer service representative will contact you to answer any questions you may have.
There are three shipping options - best way, expedited, and pick-up. If you need your items faster than standard delivery methods, please choose expedited at checkout. If you are choosing to pick-up your items, such as steel shot or powder, please choose pick-up and a customer service representative will contact you when you order is ready to pick up.
If any item in your order is on back-order, you will be notified. It will be up to you whether to refund that item or wait for the shipment. There will not be any additional fees to ship the back-ordered item.
Please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to holiday schedules, weather conditions, and the timing of your order placement.
